Your HUSKY Health and Covered CT Dental Plans with the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership offers coverage for the following benefits:
- Oral exams
- Cleanings
- X-Rays
- Fillings
- Extractions
- Partial And Full Dentures
- Root Canals
- Crowns
- Oral Surgery
- Orthodontic Services (Under 21 Only/Prior Authorization Required - Must Qualify)
Covered services at participating dentists are provided at no cost to HUSKY Health and Covered CT members. You may have to pay for services if the service is provided by a dentist that does not participate in this Dental network or if you willingly sign a detailed consent form agreeing to pay for services not covered under the HUSKY Health or Covered CT dental plan.
Benefits are different for children and adults (see below).
Some services may require prior authorization. * If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please contact our call center at 1-855-CT-DENTAL (1-855-283-3682), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Translation and transportation services available. Hearing impaired clients, please dial 711 for Relay Connecticut assistance.
* Prior Authorization requires a dental provider to submit documentation justifying the medical necessity for the recommended treatment versus an alternative treatment.
