Refer a Client
There are two pathways to get support:
- Call our Member Services Center at 855-CT-DENTAL to speak with a representative who can match your client to a dentist, help set up an appointment or assist with transportation or language interpretation.
- Refer higher needs clients to our Care Coordination Team – Get help coordinating services for members who have complex oral health challenges or other barriers.
Oral Health Coordination Referrals
- Multiple individuals in your organization can register. Once registered, you can:
- Refer HUSKY Health members to our Care Coordination Team
- Look up your client’s eligibility status and treatment history
- Look up providers by location, language, etc.
