Refer a Client
There are two pathways to get support:
- Call our Member Services Center at 855-CT-DENTAL to speak with a representative who can match your client to a dentist, help set up an appointment or assist with transportation or language interpretation.

Refer higher needs clients to our Oral Health Navigation Team – Get help coordinating services for members who have complex oral health challenges or other barriers.
If your organization uses the Unite Us platform you can also refer members to the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership via "search" or under "Connecticut Dental Health Partnership."
Oral Health Coordination Referrals
- Multiple individuals in your organization can register. Once registered, you can:
- Refer HUSKY Health members to our Oral Health Navigation Team
- Look up your client’s eligibility status and treatment history
- Look up providers by location, language, etc.
