- With approximately 1 million members, you can access the single largest patient population in the state – HUSKY Health (Medicaid).
- We make it easy with simple, free, web-based prior authorization and eligibility verification tools and a free, secure automated claim payment system.
- We can help you with flexible participation requirements, comprehensive support services, and customized patient referrals.
- Reimbursements are competitive with many commercial plans.
- NEW (as of July 2022) Take advantage of the 25% adult fee increase and endodontic adult fees now match children’s endodontic fees.
The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership is the Dental Plan for HUSKY Health (and Covered CT) and is administered by BeneCare Dental Plans under a contract with the CT Department of Social Services (DSS).

Gather Your Information – If you are ready to enroll you will need some of the following to get started:
- Federal and State Tax ID
- Your NPI (National Provider Identifier Standard)
And a copy of your:
- Liability insurance
- Specialty certificate
- Diploma
- Office owners will need a W-9 and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) information.

Be sure to allot at least 60 days before the end of your term to re-enroll and avoid any disruption in your practice
