These behavioral health services are available to Connecticut’s Medicaid members , including children and families who are enrolled in HUSKY Health and DCF Limited Benefit programs.
This service is part of the Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership that consists of the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Social Services (DSS) and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS). Consultation is provided to the Partnership by a legislatively mandated Oversight Council. The Departments contract with Carelon Behavioral Health (formerly Beacon Health Options) to serve as the Administrative Services Organization (ASO).
