The Department of Social Services (DSS) would like to highlight an important enrollment requirement for all providers. Providers are REQUIRED to notify DSS Enrollment and Quality Assurance (QA) of all ownership
changes and updates.
Two upcoming courses on HPV cancer prevention and vaccination have been developed for dentists and hygienists: The first course is a free online course developed by the American Cancer Society and its partners, which is a self-guided module to earn up to 4 hours of CE. Sign up for the course here. The second course is an in-person 3-hour course at Boston University School of Dental Medicine taking place Wednesday, 4/30 from 9am-12pm. The course will be presented by Dr. Rosie Wagner. You can learn more about the course and register here.

1099s are also being mailed the last week of January. Providers wishing to download their 2024 1099 from ctdssmap.com would do so by logging into their secure Web portal account, selecting Trade Files then download. Providers must then click on the 1099s selection located at the top of the drop-down menu. Click here for more information.
