Since 2008, The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership has been operating its local, HUSKY Health member service center to help Connecticut residents get the oral health care they need, and on November 19th at 9:17 AM, they received their one millionth call for assistance.
HUSKY Health members have dental benefits, and they can call to find a dentist, make an appointment, get the specialized help they may need, or get their benefits questions answered. “Our team is dedicated to finding solutions for each of our callers,'” says the Member Service Center Manager, Paulette Sapp. “Sometimes, the system can be difficult to navigate. Our team is ready to listen and help – in English and Spanish and can also connect to additional language services if needed.”
The one millionth call was from a HUSKY Member who needed some questions answered about a prior authorization and was answered by Member Services Representative Patricia R.
