Connecticut Mission of Mercy is looking for your feedback!

What you will find on this page:

Do you live in Waterbury or its surrounding towns? Are you in need of dental care?

Who should respond?

If you are a senior (60+) and live in Waterbury or its surrounding towns, the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach (CFDO) is partnering with the Western Area of Aging Agency (WCAAA) to plan a CTMOM Free Dental Clinic specifically for seniors who lack the resources to access dental care.
Before CFDO can move forward with scheduling a clinic and selecting a date, they want to better understand where the greatest need exists among local seniors.

You should respond if:

  • You are a senior (60+) living in Waterbury, Cheshire, Prospect, Wolcott, Naugatuck, Middlebury, Southbury, or Watertown
  • You do not have dental insurance or cannot afford dental care
  • You have dental needs such as pain, broken teeth, missing teeth, or difficulty eating
  • You have delayed dental care due to cost or access barriers

Your response will help CTMOM:

  • Determine the level of need in your area
  • Plan clinic size, services, and staffing
  • Select an appropriate date for the CTMOM Free Dental Clinic

CTMOM (Connecticut Mission of Mercy) provides free, high-quality dental care through volunteer dentists, hygienists, and community partners. Services may include cleanings, fillings, extractions, and partial dentures—at no cost to patients who qualify. Procedures are subject to provider and dental material availability.

To be placed on a waiting list for this clinic, please contact WCAAA at (203) 757-5449 , option 0, or email info@wcaaa.org.
