Connecticut’s Medicaid Dental Program (HUSKY Health) has expanded coverage. Regulations were revised and reflected in updated dental benefit guidelines and services, fee schedule changes, and modifications to the Provider Manual. New services, updated eligibility, and revised coding requirements will be in effect as of October 1, 2026.
