The federal government has announced that it will fund full SNAP benefits to all eligible households in every state. Connecticut is directing our vendor to load full benefits for November onto cards as soon as federal funding is released and made available.
Key Information
What’s Happening:
- All eligible households will receive their full monthly SNAP benefits
- Benefits will be automatically loaded to EBT cards
- Recipients do not need to take any action
- Benefits will be available immediately for use at authorized retailers
Timeline: Benefits will be available within 48 hours of the funds going to our vendor. We’re working as quickly as possible and we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
What This Means for You:
After days of uncertainty, we can now reassure you that you will receive your full November SNAP benefits very soon.
Check Your Balance:
Please check your benefit balance at MyDSS.ct.gov or call 1-888-328-2666 before you go to the store.
