About the Member Survey
Since 2021, Member surveys have guided CTDHP’s improvement efforts, supported the development of its Oral Health Equity Reports which includes policy and programmatic recommendations, and helps to amplify the voices who receive dental care.
The survey aims to understand:
- Member experiences with dental services
- Access and barriers to dental care
- Access to and engagement with CT Dental Health Partnership tools and services
