FQHCs should ensure that HUSKY members are scheduled appropriately in the dental clinics to adhere to performing a new patient or periodic dental visit in one appointment time slot in conjunction with prophylaxis, radiographs/diagnostic imaging and fluoride treatments, rather than unbundling the services.
CTDHP has initiated the Provider Survey Process! We have put an abridged version of our provider survey on the website. Please take a few moments to complete it after you log in. It will help us in making referrals for HUSKY Health members. Thank you.
This toolkit was created by the UCSF California Technical Assistance Center (COHTAC) in partnership with San Joaquin County Public Health Services Smoking & Tobacco Outreach and Prevention Program (STOPP) and Local Oral Health Program, and the California Department of Public Health, Office of Oral Health.
